By using our uniquely located facilities, you will create amazement to all your guests for guaranteed success. Known as a premium site in an exceptional natural environment, the largest conference room is the Eddy Savoie auditorium. This versatile room is equipped with the latest multimedia and telecommunication equipment, lightning systems, projectors and all. It’s the best place to be in Sherbrooke for meetings, conferences, seminars and assemblies.

Totally planned and adapted to your needs, you can accommodate 15 to 250 persons with all the comfort and amenities necessary for a great event. Personalized service is just one of the many advantages you’ll find at the Museum.

Hall rental fees

Activities:

Special tours give participants the opportunity to explore behind the scenes at the Museum and follow the steps in the design and development of an exhibition.

Cost: $6 plus taxes per participant (minimum 15 participants)

Health break:

Option to have a health break including coffee, juice and cookies. The cost is based on the number of participants.

Notes:

  • Several types of equipment are made available to those who rent a room: two screens, one wall-mounted projector and one portable projector, one laptop computer, one sound system, microphones (regular and cordless), one lectern, one media riser, chairs, rectangular tablecloths…
  • The room can be divided into two, in a 2/3-1/3 configuration; renters also have access to the coffee area and adjacent kitchen.
  • If the renter plans to serve or sell alcohol (when the event takes places outside of the Museum’s regular hours), the renter must request a permit from the Régie des alcools des courses et des jeux du Québec. We will provide the forms to be completed and explain the process for obtaining a permit.
