Invitation to become an INSTITUTIONAL member

Give yourself the gift of knowledge and amazement by becoming an Institutional member of the Musée de la nature et des sciences de Sherbrooke. Come discover this cultural and tourist jewel.  You will support a great not-for-profit institution dedicated at creating the interest and amazement for the natural sciences among our youth through a vast array of dynamic activities, events and exhibitions.  All of it, accessible to all and creating added-value to the region.

The Musée de la nature et des sciences de Sherbrooke : It is 130 years of history, 30 employees, 65 000 specimens of our natural heritage, two permanent exhibitions, at least four different travelling exhibitions per year, events, animation and guided tours, educational programs and more than 20 travelling exhibitions touring all over Canada, the USA and Europe all of this, from Sherbrooke.  

Student / member privileges

• An INDIVIDUAL membership (50 % discount on a family membership) for all students/members that grants unlimited access to exhibitions* du Musée de la nature et des sciences de Sherbrooke. Il permet aussi d'accéder à tous les lieux d'interprétation scientifiques membres de l'Association canadienne des centres de sciences, dont le Centre des sciences de Montréal et bien d'autres lieux répertoriés sur le site : http://canadiansciencecentres.ca/members.htm

• A "priviliged" access to the Nature Counter, which allows the member to borrow, like in a librairy, specimens and objects related to nature and science;
  
  
• An invitation to activities and special events presented at the Musée, before everybody else plus a special fee.
  
  
• Discounts at the Musée Boutique, at la Société de loisir ornithologique de l'Estrie (SLOE), and GGC Bookstore.
  
  

Privileges for the institution

• A VIP  visit of the Musée (max. 25 people) including the discovery of our reserve.
  
  
• 50 %  discount on the rent of our multifunctional room for a corporate event once a year (subject to availability, max. 200 p.);
  
  
• Visibility on Museum's Web site, as a token of our gratitude for your support.
