What's for dinner?

What’s for Dinner? The answer to this question is more complex than it seems. What lands in our plate is the result of many production and transformation processes that supply a great international market. Food is used both to feed us and to reduce the risks of chronic diseases. It is also highly cultural.  Come discover this appetizing and colorful exhibition. While children play in a little food market full of food reproductions, adults travel through a universe made of oversized food shaped modules, in a quest for answers on a variety of food related subjects.  On the menu:  The history of food, food production and transformation modes and for dessert:   A computer station on dietetics! Bon appetit!
